Procurator 7 Hotel in Split, Croatia
Boutique and luxury design hotel Procurator 7 is situated in the East wing of the Republic Square, a magnificent and expansive space surrounded by a collection of elaborate red neo-Renaissance buildings known as the Prokurative. Hence this open square, whose southern side provides a breath-taking view of the harbour front, is better known to locals as the Prokurative Square.
Procurator 7 is a small family run hotel with individually designed interiors that span the two floors of a former large Belle-Époque apartment. The hotel interiors have been completely refurbished to the highest standard and each piece of furniture has been hand-picked to reflect the glorious history of the Prokurative Square.
From the comfortable lounge with reception you will enter into the impressive central hall, which leads you to the bedrooms. Two of the rooms offer direct views onto the Prokurative Square while the other four provide a view of Marmontova Street – the famous promenade of Split, called Riva. The staircase will lead you to the additional suite room, situated in the attic. Further up, you can enjoy the hotel roof terrace for your breakfast surrounded by the spectacular views over the turquoise Adriatic sea, palm trees and the dazzling white stone houses of the city of Split.
From seven units, three are suites and four are double bedrooms. Each of them tells a different story of the Prokurative Square and reflect the owner’s passion for genuine hospitality, cultural authenticity, thought provoking design and architecture.
